Tommorrow Dave will be going to Killough in County Down. Two weeks ago a boy was swept off the harbour into the sea. The boy’s family have appealed for volunteers to help in the search for the body. Dave will be heading off with his dive gear to help out. I’m not sure if it is a desire to help that drives him to Killough or that he is a complete dive addict and would dive in a fishpond.

But seriously, I make fun because I wouldn’t be able to do it myself, I think he really wants to help and I’m sure that the boy’s family are grateful for any help they receive.

Today i cooked scrambled eggs on toast (where would i be without Nigel?) and Morrocan Spiced Lamb Shanks (where would i be without Nigella?). I also, painted the kitchen ceiling and did a million other things. Now I’m tired and supping a delicious JD and coke.

And that has been my day.
