Things I have cooked this week:

• Dense chocolate loaf cake with white chocolate bourbon custard
• Sausage, mash and onion gravy
• Turnip curry (don’t ask!)

Things cooked for me this week:

• Roast chicken with all the trimmings
• Chicken Fajitas – I once saw these described in a Ballymena restaurant as ‘Chicken Vagitus’ , sounded bloody disgusting, like a disease
• Thai green curry

Yes, I am obsessed with the state of my underwear and food.
