Reasons why you shouldn’t give up smoking
1. If you were able to tolerate the taste of instant coffee, you won’t anymore. Giving up smoking means having to develop an expensive taste in coffee, or a tea habit (I’m between the two at the moment - anyone who knows me will know how weird it is for me to be drinking tea (except Eleanor)).
2. Your bowels will be effected due to the lack of laxative cigarette and coffee. My farts have been toxic for a coupla days. This is unfair on family and people in the same shop as you.
3. Biscuits will seem very attractive as will crisps and chocolate and anything that will give you a bit of a buzz.
4. Your sleep patterns will get all screwed up. Nicotine is a stimulant and throughout the day you experience highs and lows and you are up and down like a fucking rollercoaster. Without nicotine (and reduced coffee intake) I have found myself extremely tired. Then I wake up every hour or so in the middle of the night. I am human sloth.
5. Every now and then you become a maniac.
6. My shoulders are very, very, very tense.
