I have added a few extra links - all food related as I am having a bit of a greedy weekend. OFM is Observer Food Monthly and if you search around a bit you should be able to find some recipes from Nigel Slater and others. The other links are River Cottage and BBC recipe search. Nigella was already there.

This week I shall be making, in no particular order, chocolate cake, roast beef (lamb for me) with all the trimmings, spinach and ricotta pie thingy and vegetarian lasagne. Two of these recipes are Nigella recipes and were chosen because they require the use of springform tins of which I have a brand spanking new set. The roast beef is for Dave, I wouldn’t lip the stuff.

I have acquired the details on the Archers story and will post them later. Too busy drooling right now to tell the tale.
