Why am I drawn to Rock Nights? Is it something to do with the amount of hair, both head and facial, of the audience and band members, is it the leather, do I dig bikers? Or is it that I enjoy listening to live music? Must be the latter - the very notion of being a biker chick is making me feel like vomiting. I am far to prissy for that!

So, my night out was enjoyable. Spent a short while in The Grouse which must have very good air conditioning and was not a bit smokey but was very boring. Tedium. Then we went to the Rock Do in O’Rawe’s. There was a thick fog of smoke in O’Rawe’s, not all of it legal smelling, and a covers band that I enjoyed. They were pretty good at what they did and had enough punk rock in their set to counteract the AC/DC and Cult covers. Well - they did get the biker dudes headbanging!

Oh how I giggled to myself.
