Who would have thought it? Socks you can wear in the shower!? I finished knitting the socks I started last weekend. They are incredibly hairy. The man in the Breezemount Farm shop advised me that the yarn should be handwashed, preferably with shampoo – because the yarn is made from goat hair (makes me think of pink and grey goat roaming the hills of Northern Ireland). So, I shall be ever so stylishly dressed for the shower; with my hairy feet and hairy head both needing a good wash with shampoo.
