It’s just after 10 am on Saturday morning and my brain is already working overtime. Thankfully I am not physically capable of doing everything that I have planned for today, or I would be a hopeless wreck at the end of it. It all starts quite simply - I will paint the bedroom today (a task enough in itself!). Then I find myself starting to think about all of the things that I will need for redecorating a bedroom and before I know it I have planned not just to paint the bedroom but to go shopping for a duvet cover and to go for a bike ride (calling in at various fabric shops on route) and maybe even go and visit my Granny and sure she could come to one of the fabric shops for a bit of a sail (but not on a bike!). On top of all of these plans we need to make a double batch of chili for the freezer, to keep us going through the winter ahead, and some more muesli.

Well, if I can just make a start on painting the bedroom I will be doing well. My only problem now is how to remove the man from his king-size scratcher in order for work to begin.
