We have taken possession of the new car, and left our old car with the dealer – soon she will be a tightly packed metal box. I am sad to see the old car go. D is beaming with joy over the new car, and wouldn’t let me close the living room curtains as he wouldn’t be able to look out the window at his new toy.
I am a tad grumpy this evening. Because tomorrow I have to wake up two hours earlier than I have become used to and go to work. How cruel life is!
Bellyache – we have not yet started our New Year healthy eating plan. Today we had curry, in Belfast, for lunch. D is an addict.
