Once again I have overdone my sugar intake. I blame a work colleague bringing in a bag each of Maoam Stripes. I ate nearly a whole bag. I am truly disgusted with myself.

Did I ever mention that I am a shocking Neighbours fan? In my defence, it is the only soap I watch. I am sitting here watching the time in case I might miss even a second of it starting. It is very exciting at the moment. The evil Jezebel abandoned Dr Karl at the altar and then talked him into taking her back, Lou’s Place was torched and Paul Robinson is back! I am tempted to look at the Australian site to find out what happens next.
