Sometimes when I am having trouble writing, I look to my CD collection for inspiration. Just writing the name of a song in the Title takes away the stark look of the page. Today we have a little number by the Breeders, from this album.

Which I am currently listening to. Just the thing to gently wake me up on a Saturday. And to forget the stresses and strains of the week.

Today I plan to do lots of pleasant things. To cheer myself up after the hellish week I have had, in which I worked too damn hard.

First on the adgenda will be drink coffee, then go hunting the second hand shops. Later I may do some more of my crochet blanket - which since I started sewing it together has become a chore (but it is still lovely). For dinner tonight we will be having lamb burgers and chunky chips.

D is gone diving. He got an underwater case for our camera and promises me that he will not drop it (visions of camera floating down a deep abyss). Maybe I will post a few of the pictures, if he lets me.
