I was back at work last week, but didn’t bother unpacking my bags as I was heading to Scarborough for the weekend. Another good time was had. I actually, spent most of last week finishing this pair of socks which were to be a gift for my friend who I was visiting in Scarborough.

Now I’m home and kind of glad to be home! I no longer need to live from suitcases!

Gracie was delighted to see me home but I felt guilty as I knew that she would be going for a trip to the vets today. Poor thing has had a horrible operation and will never be troubled by the advances of foul boy dogs! She is dopey and sore. She has a sore side – where the incision was made, a sore paw and a sore back – where her microchip was inserted.
