Old-Fashioned Chocolate Cupcake with Coconut Buttercream Frosting

I’ve not got a lot of time to write but have a heap of stuff I want to share. Like buns (Old-Fashioned Chocolate Cupcake with Coconut Buttercream Frosting) and quiche lorraine. Both delicious.
Yesterday, Gracie experienced her first big party and she coped very well and wasn’t a bit naughty. By the time we got home she was exhausted from being complemented and eating sausages from the barbeque.
And how could I forget the wonderful stories that we were told by young Ben! All about the dogs that kill people and how he had seen the bodies and skulls! Later he took us on the ‘Dead Rat Tour’ which really is a highlight of Cullybackey.

Hey Zoe do you know where I could find any good recipes for traybakes? TB is having a party to celebrate the Phd and I want to bring a box of homemade tbs as a present.
